The first 30 days are totally free. After the trial period the online services are free, except for services associated with accounting documents (invoices, receipts, etc) and checked out online bookings (**). No monthly fee. Just pay per use.

HotelASP charges a fee of 0.2 Euro (twenty cents) per original accounting document (*) and 0.5% per total amount of check-out online booking (**). All payments are done via paypal.

(*)The invoices maximum fee per month is 30 Euros. After this value there is no charge for additional invoices.

(**) Applies only to bookings done by guests in your hotelasp public site and checked out by you in your hotel management site. For example: If a guest makes an online booking in your public site of 100 Euros than we charge 0.50 Euro (fifty cents) only if and after you proceed with the check in and check out of that booking.
